This ticketing portal is designed to help our customers submit service requests faster, increase collaboration with you and our development staff, and keep our customers updated on the progress of their projects.
We offer two easy ways to do it!
Self-Service Portal
The Coverdale self-service portal allows you to:
- Submit new requests quickly and easily.
- Collaborate with all contributors in one space for project notes and files.
- View real-time project status.
- Communicate directly with your assigned developer.
Emailing Service Requests
You can also easily create a new request by sending an email to projects@coverdalegroup.com.
This email will create a new project and an email acknowledgment will be sent back to you with your project ID#.
You can simply reply to this email to communicate with your developer/account manager on details or the status of your project.
